News: I'm officially releasing my new album, Pod, on July 4th, through MGM (physical CDs and digital), but as we're off gigging overseas from June 18, I've made it available on Bandcamp (see the player above!) But don't forget about my previous albums, Notey and Noisy: A Sound Science Mathemusical and Not Nor Mal too! We'll be back from Europe mid August, when we'll do a little Pod launch tour to NSW and ACT.

In other news, check out the song in 71, that I wrote for our friend Greg Sheehan's 71st birthday: https://youtu.be/tfzMJY4TAgI . And for our friend Charlie Whiter's 33rd birthday, I wrote one in 33: Here's the song and here's a video about how the groove works. And check out this triplet Risset trombone oddity I uploaded not long ago: https://youtu.be/NQKnpXALuPc . I wrote a Christmas song last year, yxmass, the story of an outrageously precocious nerdy baby coming to terms with Christmas, and Ky and I made use of the delightful decorations at Ti Tree School in December to video ourselves playing it live: https://youtu.be/tSaSx_CzpSQ. I also made a video explaining the crazy morphing groove that it's in: https://youtu.be/LEvK0up5XKs . I'm also working on a few new instructional YouTube videos... getting there! Here're some more videos from recent times: My Covid Community Health song, "Play a Part: Stay Apart". Kylie Morrigan's "Self Isolation Smile" (with me and a bunch of friends around the world). My "5 Times it's Wise to Sanitize" for Masada Hospital and the live action version. My "Risset/Shepard/Harmonic groove" (which rises and speeds up forever!). And a couple of instructional (and fun) videos: "The Loop of Silence" and "The 5/16 Delay", which I've been working up to for years and I'm super chuffed with how they've turned out. Plus Formidable Vegetable's Waste and Dom Hook's video clip for my song "Give It Up". And there's the TEDx talk I gave in Geneva in 2017.

My solo DVD "Live and Instructional" is selling nicely, as is the new Totally Gourdgeous CD, "Gourd in the Act": See the video for our single, "I Have a Dream". All my solo CDs and the Sock CD are now available for listening and/or buying from Bandcamp (what a great site) or you can buy the actual CDs from me (see CDs). My band of 32 years, the Oxo Cubans, now has some footage online... check it out on YouTube.
My latest songs include:
Giant Gippsland Earthworm, Eunice, Peak, Make Stuff Up, Osculate, Don't Kick the Clown, Imaginary and my new Christmas song, yxmass, all of which feature MPPR... read more here!
